About the Course
Our seven (7) hour continuing education course will keep you updated with your real estate education requirements in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
All active licensees will need to complete seven (7) classroom hours to renew their 2025 license for 2026.
3-hour – 2025 Broker Supervision and Agency – MANDATORY for all Principal and Executive Brokers, and highly encouraged for Associate Brokers. Salespersons will not be allowed to enroll in this course, whether for credit or non-credit.
3 hours – Elective Topic (varies) will be MANDATORY for all licensees
