Yes! We offer most of our classes both in-person and online simultaneously. You can choose from either option during registration. Digital textbooks are included with every course, and printed textbooks are also available for an additional fee.
Our online education courses let you learn from the comfort of your home or office. We offer all our regular in-person classes LIVE online. All you need is a computer or laptop, a modern browser (Chrome preferred), and an internet connection. Our courses meet state requirements and help you develop the skills needed for every stage of your real estate career.
At Mid-South Real Estate Academy, it takes about 60 to 90 days. The course includes the 60-hour pre-licensing education required by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. You then pass the exam and submit your application. Our instructors, led by Keith Montgomery, assist you throughout the process.
