About the Course

Our seven (7) hour continuing education course will keep you up to date with your real estate education requirements in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Seven (7) classroom hours will be required for ALL active licensees in order to renew their 2023 license for 2024.

  • 3 hours – 2023 AREC Best Practices for Salespersons – will be MANDATORY for all salesperson licensees
  • 3 hours – Elective Topic (varies) will be MANDATORY for all licensees
  • 1 hour – Safety Course – will be MANDATORY for all licensees
