With more than 31 years of experience in real estate sales, I bring practical, real-world knowledge and proven success to every class I teach. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated excellence in the industry, earning recognition as a Double Diamond Recipient and a Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club Member.

My commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond personal achievement. I have served as President of the Greater Central Arkansas Board of REALTORS®, helping guide industry standards, advocate for real estate professionals, and support property rights throughout the region. I also serve as an Arkansas REALTORS® Association Arbitrator, providing expertise in professional standards and dispute resolution.

As an instructor, I am passionate about helping new and experienced agents build successful careers. My students benefit from decades of hands-on experience, leadership at the local and state levels, and a practical approach that connects classroom concepts to real-world real estate transactions. I strive to make learning engaging, relevant, and immediately applicable, preparing students not only to pass licensing requirements but to thrive in today's competitive real estate market.
