About the Course
This is the required Basic Principles in Real Estate sixty (60) hour course to apply for and take the Arkansas Real Estate Exam.
The course provides an overview of the necessary vocabulary, terminology, ideology, and basic mathematical skills required to participate in Real Estate sales. The course also includes modules on contracts, insurance, appraisal, and Arkansas licensing law.

This course runs for two weeks, Monday through Thursday.
Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 2 Weeks, Monday- Thursday Total = 60 hrs
