About the Course
Broker applicants must complete sixty (60) hours of real estate education, of which forty-five (45) hours must be the commission-developed Broker Pre-License Education course, within 36 months immediately preceding the date they apply to take the broker's exam.
All course materials will be provided.
This class will run for two weeks as follows:
Week 1: 21st, 22nd, 23rd
Week 2: 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th
Total: 60 class hours
