About the Course
Our seven (7) hour continuing education course will keep you updated with your real estate education requirements in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
Seven (7) classroom hours will be required for ALL active licensees to renew their 2025 license for 2026.
3-hour AREC Broker Course*
3-hour Property Management Course
1-hour Safety Course*
*MANDATORY for all Principal and Executive Brokers, and highly encouraged for Associate Brokers. Salespersons are not eligible to enroll in this course, whether for credit or non-credit.
