About the Course
Broker applicants must complete sixty (60) hours of real estate education, of which forty-five (45) hours must be the commission-developed Broker Pre-License Education course, within 36 months immediately preceding the date they apply to take the broker's exam.
All course materials will be provided.
This course runs Monday - Thursday for two (2) consecutive weeks; both weeks are required.
Total: 60 class hours
