About the Course

Our seven (7) hour continuing education course will keep you updated with your real estate education requirements in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Seven (7) classroom hours will be required for ALL active licensees to renew their 2023 license for 2024.

  • 6-hour – 2023 AREC Supervising Broker Course – MANDATORY for all Principal and Executive Brokers, and highly encouraged for Associate  Brokers. Salespersons will not be allowed to enroll in this course, whether for credit or non-credit.
  • 1-hour – Safety Course – will be MANDATORY for all licensees
