About the Course
Broker applicants must complete sixty (60) hours of real estate education, of which forty-five (45) hours must be the commission developed Broker Pre-License Education course, within 36 months immediately preceding the date they apply to take the broker's exam.
All course materials will be provided.
This course runs Monday - Friday week 1, Monday - Wednesday week 2, for two (2) consecutive weeks, both weeks are required.
